Maintenance for a purchased machine without a service contract is available based on a current fair market value rate.

Technical Support or Maintenance Request

Call 1-800-553-6898, prompt 1.  Technicians are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.  Please have the following information available:

  • Account number
  • Hospital or facility name
  • Complete service address
  • Contact name and telephone number
  • Any special instructions
  • Purchase order number (if applicable)
  • Brief description of problem
  • Model and serial number of equipment

Standard Maintenance

Standard Maintenance turnaround time is approximately 15-17 business days including pick up and return. If the repair and/or analysis time exceeds 30 business days, a loaner machine will be sent to the customer upon request.

Limitation to Warranty

Modifications, alternations, recalibrations, or abuse, and service by anyone other than a Baxter authorized representative will void the warranties. Preventive maintenance and service made necessary by changes to the operating environment or operating parameters of any equipment are not covered under Baxter's standard or extended warranties.
